Three Part Question
In [Febile Children with Focal onset seizures] is [CT needed before Lumbar Puncture] to [ rule out Raised Intracranial tension / prevent herniation]Clinical Scenario
15 month old Child brought to A & E with history of Focal seizure which responds to Lorazepam. Child found to be febrile with temp of 38.5 C. No focal neurology on examination. Would you perform Lumbar puncture first or would you perform CT/MRI
