Three Part Question
IS [measuring Prolactin levels] useful AT [diagnosing seizures] IN [the ED, when no reliable history is available]?Clinical Scenario
A 35 yr old man preesented to the ED with a low GCS and signs of a lip injury. He was found on the street by passers by and there were no witnesses, contact information for relatives or and illness bracelets or cards. There was a suggestion that he might have had a seizure and the question was raised as it whether measuring serum prolactin levels would help in the diagnosis.
