Three Part Question
In [patients with mild to moderate lithium toxicity who are symptomatic thus requiring treatment] is [volume resuscitation with normal saline and sodium bicarbonate or just normal saline alone] better [in improving outcome by enhancing renal elimination of the toxin as well as increasing the alkalinity of urine thus further promoting lithium excretion]
